My font is not listed?
Let us know what font you would like within the Another FONT box on the order page. If the font is available on your Windows-based computer it is more than likely we will have it available, but it is worth noting that although 'script type' fonts ( Bookman Old style, Times ) can be attractive, they are not always so easy to read especially if you have a lot of text, depending on size of label.

My text won't fit into boxes?
We have to limit the number of character per line. If your text won't fit in the box, please input the text in the Additional Info box. But please bear in mind that the more characters per line there are, the smaller the text. We will always size the text to fit the label.

I don't have a lot of text?
We will always size the text to fill the label unless you ask us not to in the additional info box.

What are your delivery charges?
LABELS & PRINTING - Delivery charges are FREE but you will be given the option to upgrade to a faster delivery service at checkout. Delivery is only available to a UK postcode area. We DO NOT ship internationally.

If I order my labels today, how long will they take to arrive?
LABELS - We guarantee despatch by Royal Mail 48 / 2nd class post, within just 3 working days of your order & payment. Large Orders may take longer depending on the size of the order, availability of stock etc, you will be advised of your expected delivery date via email.

We can also offer an URGENT despatch service where we will despatch your order by 24hr Courier, up to 24 hrs after your order is placed (Monday - Friday) by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Next Day Courier GB only (excluding Highlands & Islands). This option is available at checkout.

PRINTING - Flyers / Business Cards etc
Dispatch is 5 - 10 days from acceptance of artwork. Express Delivery is available at checkout. Call us for an exact delivery date. You will be advised of an estimated delivery date, upon acceptance of the artwork

Can we collect our order from your premises?
No, we are an internet based business and do not have any shop premises or facilities for personal callers.

What do you mean by working days?
Working days are usually Monday to Friday but exclude UK bank/public holidays. Special details about our Christmas holidays will be published on this website during December. When calculating working days do not include the date we received your order (e.g. if we receive your order on a Monday, 1 working day = Tuesday, 2 = Wednesday, 3 = Thursday, 4 = Friday, 5 = the following Monday, etc.)

Do you have a minimum order value?
No, we do not have a minimum order value.

How do you despatch our order?
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail. Heavier orders may be sent by a commercial carrier such as Parcelforce, UPS, UK Mail. Orders over £20.00 may be sent using a signed for service.

Can you deliver to a different address?
Yes. When going through checkout you have the opportunity to specify a different delivery address.

Can we specify a day and or time that our order will be delivered?
Unfortunately not, all orders are processed in the order we receive them. The actual date of despatch is subject to workload. We will send you an email when we despatch your order so you know it's on its way. The delivery service we use depends on the choice you made at checkout, all of which means we cannot be sure exactly when delivery will take place. To help our customers who are not home all day there is the option to specify an alternative delivery address during checkout, e.g. a friend, neighbor, relative or place of work.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Bulk discounts if available are shown on all products.
